In the Gospel of John chapter 20, Jesus greets the disciples with the words “Peace Be With You” and sends them out to give His peace to others. From the very beginning, through the Church, God sends us His Peace.
At the Catholic Mass after the Lord’s Prayer the priest recalls this fact when he says the words “Lord Jesus Christ, who said to your Apostles: Peace I leave you, my peace I give you”. God wants us to be filled with his peace. Peace is the tranquility of order in human life directed towards God. Peace is one of the fruits of the Holy Spirit. In the Sacrament of Confession, God grants us pardon & peace.
In the videos on this page, you will hear the stories of our members who know what it is like to be away from Church. Nobody is perfect. Our members are men & women who have recieved the perfect love of Jesus Christ in the Church that He established on the foundation of the Apostles - the first messengers of Christianity.
If you know of someone in need of God’s peace — invite them to come back to Church. God wants to give them peace in the Church.
